Board of Directors

The Board of Directors at Thrive HIV Prevention + Support serves as a governance body, providing strategic leadership, oversight, and accountability for the organization. As an Ontario-based AIDS Service Organization and non-profit, THRIVE’s board ensures that our mission, vision, and values remain central to all decisions, while upholding the highest standards of transparency, fiscal responsibility, and community representation. Board members guide long-term planning, monitor organizational performance, and steward resources to strengthen HIV prevention, care, and support services across Waterloo Region and Guelph-Wellington. Their collective expertise and commitment help ensure that THRIVE continues to grow as a responsive, inclusive, and sustainable organization serving the diverse needs of our communities.

Membership

Becoming a member of Thrive HIV Prevention + Support is a meaningful way to show your commitment to HIV prevention, care, and community health in Waterloo Region and Guelph-Wellington. Members strengthen THRIVE’s voice by supporting our mission, participating in our Annual General Meeting, and helping shape the direction of our work through voting rights. Membership is open to anyone who shares our values of inclusivity, equity, and community empowerment. By joining, you not only stand in solidarity with people living with and affected by HIV, but also contribute to a stronger, more resilient organization dedicated to creating healthier futures for all.

If you are interested in becoming a member, please download the linked Membership Registration Form, then email to info@thrivehiv.ca or bring to us in person. Payments for your membership fees can be made online at thrivehiv.square.site or in person at our Kitchener office at 5-1770 King Street East, Kitchener.
